- Cabbage 3-3.5 kg.
- Onions - 1 large or 2 medium heads.
- Carrots -3 pcs.
- Garlic - 6-7 cloves.
- Sunflower oil - ½ cup.
- Sugar -1 glass.
- Salt - 2 tbsp. spoons.
- Vinegar - 1 glass.
- Water - 0.6 liters.
- Three-liter jar.

Instructions
Step 1
Shred cabbage, three carrots on a grater. We mix cabbage with carrots and strongly wrinkle our hands.
Step 2
We prepare a three-liter sterilized jar. We spread the cabbage in a jar, tamping it a little until the middle.
Step 3
Spread finely chopped onions in an even layer throughout the cabbage. Put the garlic chopped into halves there. Add the remaining cabbage.
Step 4
Top with sunflower oil and vinegar. We pierce the cabbage with a fork so that the oil and vinegar are evenly distributed.
Step 5
We prepare the marinade. Dissolve the sugar and salt in a saucepan of boiling water. Carefully pour the boiling marinade over the cabbage. We pierce the cabbage with a fork, as it should, distributing the marinade. We wrap it with a towel and put it in a warm place for 4 hours.
