Step 1
First, cut the potatoes, carrots and celery into small pieces.

Cut the pork heart into small pieces. Put it in a bowl, add 1 tbsp. flour and stir until flour envelops each piece.

Heat 2 tablespoons in a deep skillet over high heat. sunflower oil. Fry the heart slices until golden brown in 3 passes, about 5 minutes per batch. Then transfer it to a plate.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Add broth and stir so that no lumps form. Add heart, carrots, bay leaves, potatoes, celery, thyme, and salt to taste.

Bring the dish to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover the skillet with a lid and simmer the dish for 50-60 minutes. Add green peas to the pan 5-10 minutes before cooking.
