- - 50 g of coconut flakes;

- - 2 egg yolks;

- - 4 eggs;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of chocolate;
- - 3 tbsp. cocoa spoons;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch;
- - 2 bags of vanilla sugar;
- - a whisper of salt and baking powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Make curd balls. Combine sugar, cottage cheese, starch, coconut, yolks. Mix until smooth. Form balls from the mass.
Step 2
Separate the yolks from the proteins, beat the yolks with sugar and vanilla, you should get a smooth light mass. Add melted chocolate. Sift flour, starch, cocoa, baking powder, salt, add to the egg-chocolate mixture, mix.
Step 3
Whisk whites with sugar (30 g) until stable peaks. Enter into the mass, connect together with a spatula with movements from top to bottom.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the curd balls on top.
Step 5
Pour in the chocolate mass.
Step 6
Bake the chocolate cake with curd balls for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven. Pour the finished cake on top with chocolate icing.
