It is necessary

    • 340 grams of flour;
    • 2 tsp dry yeast or 24 g fresh;
    • 60 g sugar;
    • 1/2 tsp salt;
    • 50 g butter;
    • 170 ml of milk;
    • 3 egg yolks;
    • raisins;
    • confectionery sprinkling for cakes.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour dry or fresh yeast into warm milk, then mix everything thoroughly. Pour the milk and yeast mixture into the container of the bread maker. Then add oil to the container.

Step 2

Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a container. Add sugar, salt and sifted flour. You can add raisins right away or put them in the dispenser, if there is one in the lid of your bread maker, in order to fall asleep on a signal - as it is more convenient for you. Place the container in the bread maker.

Step 3

You need to bake the cake in the "Sponge cake" or "Sweet bread" mode. Turn on the desired mode and set the degree of roast to your taste. For example, you can put on the maximum - in the "three" mode. After turning on the bread maker, the dough kneading process will begin.

Step 4

Never lift the lid to look at the dough, otherwise it may settle and your cake will not work. You can see how the dough is kneaded only when the kneading process stops. The resulting bun should be smooth and slightly elastic.

Step 5

When the bread maker beeps, remove the resulting cake onto the wire rack to cool down. While it cools, you can make the sugar and protein frosting. For this, it is better to take powdered sugar or very fine sugar. Whisk the protein with a mixer, gently and gradually add sugar into it until the foam becomes dense and begins to flow from the spoon.

Step 6

After the cake has cooled, brush it with whipped egg white. When the whites are well-beaten, the glaze does not run off, but lies beautifully on the cobblestone. Sprinkle with colored pastry sprinkles on top. Now it remains to put the finished cake on the festive table.
