If you are celebrating Easter alone or are simply not used to baking a lot of cakes, the option with a bread maker is just for you. Store-bought baked goods are rarely tasty and it is not surprising - no factory will bother with each Easter cake, intended for mass production, individually.

For those with a large family, the method of baking Easter buns in a bread maker will not work. After all, it will take several hours to cook one cake (individually for different models of equipment). But it's worth trying at least once.

To cook a large number of Easter cakes and save time, you can entrust the bread maker with kneading the dough, and the oven is already in the oven.

So, if you nevertheless decide to try the recipe for kulich in a bread maker, you will need: 2 cups (250 ml each) of flour, 10 g of dry yeast or 25 g of fresh yeast, 4 tbsp. sugar, 3 g salt, 50 g butter, 170 ml milk, 3 eggs, raisins, decorating powder.

The dough for the cake is kneaded by a bread maker, you just have to put the ingredients correctly. If you took milk and eggs out of the refrigerator just before cooking, you need to warm them up. Milk - on gas or in a microwave to body temperature, and eggs - dipped for a minute in hot water (not boiling water).

Pour milk over the yeast and let rise in a warm place for half an hour. Then pour into the container of the bread maker. Now add softened or melted butter - its shape is not important, the main thing is that the product is not cold. Separate the yolks and refrigerate the whites.

Throw the yolks into the container of the bread maker, salt and sweeten the dough. Sift flour and combine with a liquid mass.

Add raisins at your discretion: immediately, directly into the dough, or into the dispenser to delay filling. If there is no dispenser, you can set a timer that will notify you when it is time to put the raisins.

Place the container with the dough piece under the dough in the bread maker, set the “Sweet bread” or “Sweet pie” mode to the desired degree of roastiness and turn it on. The bread maker will start kneading the dough and then bake the cake. And you can be free until the characteristic sound signal, which will notify that the baked goods are ready.

The only thing you need to pay attention to is that the cake will turn out in a hole at the bottom, if you do not remove the blade after kneading. If this matters to you, stop the bread maker after it has kneaded the dough and remove the paddle.

Cooking a cake, even if it is carried out by a bread maker, is a real sacrament. Therefore, it is not recommended to slam doors or create any other kind of vibrations during baking - they can affect the quality of the finished baked goods.

When the finished cake has cooled, beat the whites into a strong foam so that they do not spread. Add fine sugar or powdered sugar gradually.

Lubricate the top of the muffin with the resulting mass and decorate it with multi-colored powder. It is better to eat Easter cake the next day, since it will acquire its delicate and rich taste only in a day.
