  • Chocolate cake:
  • - 175 g flour;

  • - 0.25 cups of chopped walnuts;
  • - 1, 5 teaspoons of soda;
  • - 50 g of dark chocolate;
  • - 1 teaspoon of refined vegetable oil.
  • Banana Cupcake:
  • - 0.5 cups seedless raisins;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 190 g sugar;
  • - a pinch of salt;
  • - 2 bananas;
  • - 70 g creamy margarine;
  • - 3 tsp baking powder;
  • - 200 g flour.
  • Dried Fruit Cupcake:
  • - 200 g of any dried fruit;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 200 g margarine;
  • - 0.5 lemons;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy;
  • - 200 g flour;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of baking powder.

Instructions

Step 1

Chocolate cake

Sift flour, beat eggs with sugar, add salt, softened butter and soda, slaked with lemon juice. Stir everything and pour into the bucket of the bread machine. Pour in flour, add walnuts, crushed in a mortar. Close the lid of the bread machine and select the Cupcake program on the dashboard. When the cycle is over, remove the bowl with the cake from the oven and let the product cool down.

Step 2

Prepare the icing. Melt 50 g of unflavored dark chocolate, pour in 1 teaspoon of deodorized vegetable oil. Stir the glaze well and cover the surface of the product. It is more convenient to do this with a soft rubber spatula. Let the frosting set and place the muffin on a platter.

Step 3

Banana muffin

For baking soft and overripe, but not spoiled fruits are suitable. Soak pitted light raisins in advance, discard them in a colander and dry them. Beat eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt with a mixer. Peel and slice the bananas and add them to the egg mass. Place the melted margarine and raisins there. For baking, use fruits to taste: prunes, dried apricots, dried cherries, figs, raisins or dates. If the dried fruit is too tough, you can pre-soak it in water. Cut large dried apricots, dates and prunes into small pieces.

Step 5

Mash eggs with sugar and salt. Add softened margarine and beat with a mixer until smooth. Put the juice and zest of half a lemon, dried fruit and brandy in the dough. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a bread machine, add the flour mixed with baking powder. Close the lid and select the Cupcake program. Bake the product until tender, let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
