Can a festive Easter table do without Easter cake? Of course not. For many housewives, making Easter cake is a ritual. But if you do not have much free time, but really want to bake the cake yourself, and not buy it in the market, then I suggest a recipe for a curd cake that I have tested.
It is necessary
- -2 teaspoons of dry yeast
- -7 tablespoons of sugar
- -100 ml of milk,
- -3 glasses of flour
- -3 eggs,
- -6 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- -1 pack of cottage cheese,
- -a teaspoon of salt,
- -soda,
- -raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
We consistently put all the ingredients in the bread maker. It is advisable to pre-dilute the yeast with warm milk. Be sure to put cottage cheese. Without cottage cheese, a bun is obtained that looks like bread only sweeter. It's also delicious, but of course it's not cake.
Step 2
We set the main program for baking bread. It takes me 4 hours: standing, kneading, raising and baking. I do not advise using shortened programs - the cake may turn out to be under-baked.
Step 3
Be careful not to get the dough steep. But also liquid too. Such a soft little lump.
Step 4
At the end of baking, carefully remove the finished cake from the bucket onto a plate and decorate it with powdered sugar or whipped protein with sugar. You can also buy colored powder from the store.
