To make cookies from oatmeal and walnuts you will need:

- 2 cups oatmeal;

- 1 tbsp. l. flour;

- 2/3 cup granulated sugar;

- 100 g of butter;

- 2 eggs;

- ½ cup shelled walnuts:

- vanillin or zest of one lemon.

First of all, make oatmeal with oatmeal. To do this, clean the flakes from debris and pass through a meat grinder. Mash the butter white with granulated sugar and, continuing to grind, add the eggs indicated in the recipe, one at a time. The mass must be grinded so that the sugar does not creak under the spoon, but dissolves completely. Add chopped nuts, vanillin, or finely grated lemon zest to the oil mixture. Mix everything well, then add the minced oatmeal and wheat flour. Mix everything again thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.

Grease a baking sheet with margarine and place a cup of cold water next to it. Before taking the dough, dip a teaspoon in cold water - then take some dough with a spoon, and the mass will easily slide from the wet spoon onto the baking sheet. Having laid out all the dough in the form of small cakes in this way, bake the oatmeal cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 170 ° C.

Oatmeal cookies "Hercules"

To bake quick and tasty Hercules cookies, you need to take the following ingredients:

- 100 g of finely ground oatmeal;

- 200 g of coarse oatmeal;

- 7 tbsp. l. butter;

- 130 g of liquid honey;

- zest of 2 lemons;

- 2 tbsp. l. ground cinnamon;

- 50 g sesame seeds;

- salt.

Place the butter, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest in a saucepan. Then put on low heat and heat, stirring constantly. When the butter is completely melted, add the fine and coarse oatmeal, sesame seeds and mix thoroughly. You should get a dense mass.

Preheat oven to 180C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for baking. Roll out the dough into a layer on a floured board and cut small circles with even edges out of it with a glass, glass or special shape. Spread the Hercules cookies on parchment paper and place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes. Finished Hercules biscuits are brown at the edges and golden in the middle. Chill the baked goods on a baking sheet, then gently transfer the cookies to a plate.
