Oatmeal Walnut Cookies
Not everyone loves walnuts in baked goods because of their peculiar bitterness, but they give a unique taste to oatmeal baked goods!
- 300 g wheat flour;
- 300 g of Hercules oatmeal;
- 300 g butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 2 tsp baking powder;
- 300 g sugar;
- 1 tbsp cinnamon;

Beat butter with eggs.
Add flour, cinnamon and baking powder, beat until smooth. Add chopped nuts and oatmeal, mix thoroughly.
The dough will turn out to be quite liquid, so spread it on a baking sheet with a spoon.
