Homemade oatmeal cookies will appeal not only to children, but also to adults.
It is necessary

- - 150 g granulated sugar
- - 200 g butter or margarine
- - 150 g (1.5 cups) oatmeal, preferably finely ground
- - 2 tsp baking powder
- - 2 chicken eggs

Step 1
Grind butter or margarine well with granulated sugar.
Step 2
Add chicken eggs to the resulting mixture, mix.
Step 3
We attach the oatmeal and mix everything well again.
Step 4
Pour in wheat flour and baking powder. We knead not very steep dough.
Step 5
Cover the bowl with cling film. We put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour (during this time, the flakes will swell and become softer).
Step 6
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper or grease with vegetable oil.
Step 7
Tear off small pieces from the dough, sculpt round cakes. Then we put them on a baking sheet.
Step 8
We put a baking sheet with cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. We bake for 15-20 minutes.
