It is necessary

  • - 500 g of cottage cheese (packs of 250 g)
  • - 4 eggs
  • - 5-6 tablespoons of sugar
  • - 5 tablespoons of semolina
  • - butter 20 g
  • - filler to taste (dried fruits, nuts, fresh pitted or frozen berries)
  • - sour cream 100 g
  • - baking dish (non-stick or silicone)
  • - oven

Instructions

Step 1

We turn on the oven, and while it heats up to 180 degrees, prepare the curd dough for the casserole. To do this, combine 4 eggs, 500 g of cottage cheese, 5 tablespoons of semolina and 5-6 tablespoons of sugar. All ingredients can be kneaded with a potato crush in a large bowl until smooth. You can also use a mixer. The dough is almost ready.

It remains only to put in the filler. As an additive (filler), as a classic of the genre, raisins, dried apricots or prunes are used. A very interesting flavor can be achieved by adding pitted berries, both fresh and frozen, or nuts. You can use one of these ingredients, or a combination thereof, as desired.

Put the curd dough for the casserole in a greased non-stick or silicone mold. We put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. During this time, the casserole will bake and turn golden brown.

Step 3

Remove the prepared casserole from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes in order to gently remove it from the mold. The curd casserole should be divided into portions and served with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. Top can be decorated with berries or a mint leaf.
