- some vanilla sugar and salt.

Rinse the raisins thoroughly, soak them in hot water for 4 minutes. In a separate plate, pour boiling water over the semolina, leave it for 17 minutes. As soon as the semolina increases in volume, mix it with sour cream and sugar. Peel the eggs, chop them into a separate bowl. Then rub the curd through a sieve.

Mix the finished curd mass with the rest of the prepared ingredients, add salt, vanilla sugar, beat everything well until smooth. Mix everything with raisins. Grease a steamer dish with butter. Pour all the resulting mass there. Cook the dessert for 50 minutes.

Take the following ingredients to make dessert:

- 330 g fat-free cottage cheese;

- 3 chicken eggs;

- 120 g cherries;

- 1, 5 tsp cinnamon;

- 2 tbsp. honey;

- 3 apples;

- a little vanilla sugar;

- a little butter;

- salt to taste.

Wash apples and cherries. Remove all seeds from them, cut into small pieces. Peel and chop the eggs. Beat low-fat cottage cheese into a strong soufflé along with chopped eggs, mix. Then add cinnamon, honey and vanilla sugar. Combine the curd mass with apple and cherry slices. Put everything in small muffin tins (grease tins with butter). Send the casseroles to the lower section of the steamer for 35 minutes.

Gently combine everything with the curd mixture. Grease the steamer shape with oil, sprinkle with powdered sugar and put the future casserole there. Steam the dessert for about 50 minutes. Pour the resulting casserole with jam, condensed milk or serve with ice cream.
