Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice grits with cold water several times. This will remove excess starch and dirt from the rice. Then, after cooking, the rice will be crumbly, not glued, and not boiled.
Step 2
Fill the base of the steamer with cold water and install the required number of trays (do not add spices, vinegar, wine, etc. to the water). If you will only be cooking rice, one container is sufficient. If you are serving fish, eggs, meat or vegetables for simultaneous steaming, install all three levels of the steamer trays.
Step 3
Put the rice in a special container (it should be included with the device) and put it in the steamer. Turn on for 5-7 minutes to steam the rice without water.
Step 4
Add cold water to a bowl of rice in a 1: 1 ratio, salt and season with spices if desired. Set a timer for 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
The finished rice will be soft and crumbly. Rice from the steamer can be served immediately.
