This rather simple recipe will decorate your table both on a holiday and on a weekday. The combination of such simple products will cause a storm of emotions among your guests and household members.
It is necessary
- - cheese - 100g;
- - ham - 200g;
- - mayonnaise;
- - garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- - greens;
- - an egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, squeeze the garlic into it. Season the mixture with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Cut the ham into thin slices. Place a mixture of garlic, cheese and mayonnaise in the middle of this slice. Sprinkle with some chopped herbs.
Step 3
Gently roll up a roll and stab it with a toothpick or skewer. Do the same with each slice.
Step 4
Boil an egg. Then rub on a fine grater.
Step 5
Sprinkle the grated egg on the ham rolls as a decoration. Send them to the refrigerator for half an hour.
