A lemonade called "Dzydzybira" came to Russia from Greece. The taste of this drink will amaze any gourmet. In addition, it perfectly quenches thirst in the summer heat. I suggest you make this ginger lemonade.
It is necessary
- - ginger - 80 g;
- - lemon - 400 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - dry yeast - 5 g;
- - mint;
- - water - 1.5 liters.
Instructions
Step 1
With ginger, do the following: rinse it thoroughly, then peel and chop, grating. For this procedure, it is advisable to use a coarse grater.
Step 2
Pour 100 milliliters of warm water into a glass. Then dissolve dry yeast in it. Put the resulting mixture in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes. Thus, a small foam forms on its surface. As soon as this happens, the dough will be ready.
Step 3
Use a citrus juicer to juice the halved lemons. After this procedure, chop the remaining lemon peels into large pieces.
Step 4
Pour the remaining water into a large enough glass container. Then pour granulated sugar into it and dissolve it completely. As soon as this happens, add chopped ginger and lemon peels, as well as squeezed lemon juice to the resulting solution. Add the yeast mixture there.
Step 5
Cover the drink. To do this, put a rubber glove on the neck of the glassware. In this state, remove the future lemonade in a warm and certainly bright place. It should be infused for 2 days.
Step 6
After the time has elapsed, the drink must be filtered. You can use either gauze or a sieve for this. Dzydzybira lemonade is ready! Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days, then boldly serve it to the table.
