Step 1

In order to make zrazy, you first need to prepare the filling. Peel and finely chop the onion, defrost the mushrooms, if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Onion is fried in a preheated pan with oil until soft, laid out on a plate.

Mushrooms are fried in the same pan for about 5 minutes. Boiled eggs are cut into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients of the filling, salt and pepper. If desired, chopped greens are added to the filling or onions are replaced with green ones.

After that, you should start cooking minced meat. To do this, a slice of loaf is crumbled into a bowl, poured with milk and left for 10-15 minutes. As a result, you should get a bread gruel. Minced meat and a raw egg are added to the same bowl. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands, salt and pepper - the minced meat should be homogeneous.
