It is necessary
- - 500 g of beef, pork or lamb;
- - 100 g of wheat stale bread;
- - 150 g of milk;
- - 100 g bread crumbs;
- - 50 g of melted butter.
- For minced meat:
- - 1 boiled egg;
- - 2 heads of onions;
- - 50 g of melted butter;
- - 30 g of parsley;
- - salt, pepper to taste.

Step 1
Soak stale bread without crusts in milk.
Step 2
To prepare the cutlet mass, free the meat from the tendons, pass it through a meat grinder, mix with soaked and squeezed bread and grind it again.

For minced meat, chop the onion into small pieces, fry it until golden brown. After cooling, mix with chopped boiled egg. Add parsley, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
