Step 1

First of all, you need to prepare the potatoes. First, peel it and rinse it off. Grate 500 g (half of all potatoes) on a coarse grater, and grate the remaining 500 g on a fine grater. Then put all the grated potatoes in a bowl, add salt and mix well.

After that, peel the onions and carrots and chop them with a knife. Including, the carrots can be grated on a medium grater. Put the minced meat in a separate cup, add the chicken egg, chopped carrots with onions, as well as black pepper, salt and mix everything.
