You can diversify your everyday diet with delicious, potato zrazy with meat. The ingredients are familiar but the taste is new. You can experiment with meat and take not pork, but for example beef or rabbit.

Ingredients:

  • 350 g minced meat (pork);
  • 14 potatoes;
  • 1 onion (large);
  • Half carrots;
  • 220 ml of sunflower oil;
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 5 tbsp. l. bread crumbs;
  • 1 egg;
  • Salt and pepper to your taste.

Preparation:

  1. Pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan and lightly fry the minced pork (you can twist the meat yourself or buy ready-made minced meat right away).
  2. Remove the husk from the onion and chop finely. Once all the minced meat has lightened, add it to the skillet. Salt and pepper.
  3. Wash the carrots, cut into small strips and send to the frying pan for the minced meat.
  4. Fry meat and vegetables until cooked. Remove from heat. The filling for the zraz is ready.
  5. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Dip in a saucepan with cold water and cook on the fire. After the water boils, salt the potatoes and cook over low heat until tender.
  6. Drain the liquid from the finished potatoes and let cool slightly. Pour into another container.
  7. Drive a chicken egg into the potatoes, crush well, you can use a submersible blender if you have a special nozzle for mashed potatoes (you cannot beat potatoes with an ordinary iron nozzle, you get not mashed potatoes, but glue). Add flour and mix well again. The dough should keep volume.
  8. From the resulting dough, make cakes, having previously moistened your hands with water so that the dough does not stick to your hands. Put meat in the middle, and seal with dough on top. Form an oval and press down slightly to make a pie.
  9. Roll the zrazy well in breadcrumbs, then fry in sunflower oil. Drizzle with sour cream before use. It is best to eat hot, although cold ones are tasty too.
