To prepare the filling, you first need to boil the meat. Scroll the finished product in a meat grinder, the smaller the better. Chop the onions finely, fry in vegetable oil. Mix the scrolled meat with the onion, salt to taste, add pepper.

Boil the potatoes in their skins. He should be allowed to cool down quite a bit so that he does not burn his fingers, then peel and knead well. Salt the mashed potatoes, add a raw egg, stir everything together.

Form crumpled potatoes into tortillas. On each of them you need to lay out the filling, pinch the edges, make oval zrazy. It will be easier to form cakes if your hands are soaked in water, or use cling film greased with vegetable oil.

Zrazy must be fried on each side in hot oil. It is better to fry on each side immediately until tender, since the zrazy are very tender and can fall apart during the cooking process.
