  • Meat filling:

  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - meat - 400 g.
  • Mushroom filling:
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - pepper and salt to taste;
  • - onion - 1 piece;
  • - mushrooms - 400 g.
  • For breading:
  • - bread crumbs - 1 pack;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.

Instructions

Step 1

If you are going to make zrazy with mushroom filling, then peel and rinse the mushrooms. Then cut them into cubes and fry until tender. Chop the onion finely, fry it in a pan and add to the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

If you decide to make a meat filling, then rinse the rice and boil it until tender. The condition of the rice should be crumbly.

Step 3

Boil a piece of meat in salted water along with bay leaves and three sweet peas. Cool and mince. Chop the onion finely, sauté and add the grated carrots.

Add frying to minced meat. Stir, add rice, then stir well again.
