Peel the potatoes, rinse them well and boil in salted water until tender. Drain the water, and hold the pan over the fire for 1-2 minutes, drying the potatoes. Then puree with a pusher or blender, chill and mix with 2 eggs.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Finely chop the boiled fish. Peel the onion, chop and fry until tender. Boil 1 egg, peel and chop finely. Combine fish, onion and eggs. Season the filling with salt and season with black pepper to taste.

Take a piece of potato dough about the size of a large chicken egg. Make a cake in the palm of your hand, put the filling on it and shape it immediately so that the filling is inside.
