- - 1 glass of cranberries;
- - 5 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 0.5 liters of water.
- For a cranberry vitamin drink:
- - 500 g of cranberries;
- - 500 g of carrots;
- - 0.5 liters of chilled boiled water;
- - 2-3 tbsp. Sahara;
- ice cubes.
Instructions
Step 1
Cranberry Syrup Squeeze the juice from ripe fruits. Pour the cake with water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Strain the broth, add sugar and boil for another 10-15 minutes. Pour the pre-squeezed juice into the resulting syrup and bring to a boil. Drink chilled.
Step 2
Carbonated cranberry cocktail Prepare cranberry syrup according to the recipe from the first step. Beat the ice cream, mineral water and syrup with a mixer for 1-2 minutes. Pour into glasses and refrigerate. You can add a couple of ice cubes to each serving before serving.
Step 3
Cranberry juice with honey Immerse pre-sorted and washed fruits in boiling water for a few minutes. Then take them out and knead them well. Pour this pulp with a liter of water and bring to a boil. After boiling for 5-10 minutes, remove from heat, strain and add honey. Leave it on for 1-2 hours. It is recommended to drink ready-made fruit drink between meals as a remedy for colds.
Step 4
Pulp Cranberry Juice Boil the sugar syrup. To do this, dissolve the sugar in water, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes. Blanch the cranberries in boiling water for 1-2 minutes. Rub the berries through a sieve and add sugar syrup to the resulting puree. Heat the mixture to 65 degrees, pour into glasses and refrigerate. Frequent consumption of the drink increases the body's resistance to many diseases.
Step 5
Vitamin drink with cranberries Squeeze the juice from cranberries and carrots. Mix water, sugar, cranberry and carrot juices. Chill the finished drink. Add an ice cube to each glass before serving.
