  • - grated chocolate.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare milk jelly, dissolve the potato starch in a mug in 150-200 ml of cold milk or boiled and chilled water.

Step 2

Take a saucepan, rinse it with cold water, pour in the rest of the milk and put it on fire. Add granulated sugar before boiling.

Step 3

Pour the diluted potato starch into the boiling milk, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low.

Step 4

Soak the jelly for five to six minutes over low heat until boiling, stirring continuously, otherwise the jelly will burn to the bottom of the pan.

Step 5

For aroma, you can add vanillin or grated orange or lemon zest to the hot jelly to taste and mix well. Then pour the jelly into glasses or cups and cool.

Step 6

Before serving, chilled jelly can be put out of cups on small plates and sprinkled with coconut or grated chocolate.
