Goat milk contains a higher amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids (for example, linoleic and linolenic), they increase immunity, and also contribute to the normalization of fat metabolism. In addition, goat milk is much richer in proteins (in particular casein) and fats, so it is often used to restore the body's physical strength.

Cow's milk loses to goat's and in the amount of potassium (an important element for the cardiovascular system), as well as the enzyme lysozyme, which favors the work of the stomach. Often goat milk is used in the diet of people who are allergic to cow's milk protein. However, sometimes cross-allergic reactions occur and the protein in the goat's milk is also not absorbed.

There is very little folic acid in goat's milk, which is responsible for hematopoiesis, however, such elements as caprolic and caproic acids are present in excess (they can have a toxic effect on the body). Therefore, goat milk is contraindicated in children under the age of three. This product can cause folate deficiency anemia in them.
