Pour water into a medium saucepan over high heat. Wash the berries, peel off green tails, twigs and seeds and remember with a puree press to let the juice go. Bring the liquid to a boil and dip the berry porridge into it.
Step 2
Boil the water again and set the dishes aside immediately. Cover the compote with a lid and cool it to room temperature. Stir honey in it with a wooden spoon or spatula and enjoy a healthy drink. Strain it through cheesecloth or a fine sieve if desired.
Step 3
Orange lemonade
Scald the oranges with boiling water, wipe dry and cut into random pieces. Pass them through a meat grinder or blender along with half a lemon, without peeling. Pour 1.5 liters of cold water over the resulting gruel for half an hour.
Step 4
Strain the citrus infusion, dilute with the remaining water, add sugar and mix well. Drink lemonade no earlier than 1 hour later.
Step 5
Milkshake
Remove ice cream from the freezer half an hour before cooking. Remove the stems from the strawberries. Place it with the sugar in the bowl of a blender or food processor. Run the technique and make a sweet red puree.
Step 6
Mix the berry mass with the melted ice cream, add milk to the cocktail, beat with a mixer or in a shaker until an airy foam forms. Pour the delicious drink into two Irish glasses and serve with straws or long spoons.
Step 7
Uzvar
Rinse all dried fruits, remove sticks and other debris if necessary, dry on a towel. Fill a not too large saucepan with water and simmer over medium heat. Gently add dried berries and fruits to boiling water.
Step 8
Boil the uzvar for 5 minutes, then move the dishes to the cork stand, wrap with a towel and leave for 6-8 hours. Dissolve citric acid and honey in the drink. Serve with the swollen dried fruit.
Step 9
Ice smoothie
Place the frozen berry platter in a blender or food processor container, add juice, sugar and mash on medium speed. Divide smoothies into chilled glasses and decorate with mint leaves or strawberry chunks.
