Add 3 liters of cold water to the crushed orange, mix and let it brew for 15-20 minutes.

While everything is insisting, we will deal with lemon. It is necessary to squeeze out the maximum possible amount of lemon juice (you can squeeze the lemon slices separately with a spoon, you can use a garlic press "garlic press", you can use cheesecloth, etc.).
Step 6
The mass left for 15-20 minutes was infused. Now you need to strain it. First, we do this procedure through a sieve to get rid of the largest particles, then through cheesecloth.
Step 7
Now we mix the strained liquid with lemon juice, add 1 kg of sugar, mix thoroughly, add another 6 liters of water, mix, bottle, cool in the refrigerator. We serve.
