    • tomatoes - 3 pcs;
    • onion - 1 pc;
    • sweet pepper - 1 pc;
    • pitted canned olives - 200 g;
    • ham - 150 g;
    • Parmesan cheese - 300 g;
    • spices - salt
    • pepper
    • oregano.

Instructions

Step 1

Start by making the dough. Pour kefir into a glass, add soda, stir with a teaspoon and set the glass aside for five minutes. While kefir with soda is infused, sift wheat flour, pour it into a prepared bowl and salt. Now that the kefir has begun to actively bubble, add it to a bowl of flour and mix thoroughly. Knead the dough with your hands, slowly, until it is tough. The finished dough should come loose from your hands and utensils without sticking.

Step 2

Give the resulting dough a ball and roll it evenly into a thin crust. Place the rolled layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Foil, at your discretion, you can grease in advance with sunflower oil. Bake the pizza crust in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. Set the baking temperature to 180 degrees.

Step 3

Prepare the filling. Rinse vegetables with cold water. Peel the onion. Use a sharp knife to cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Cut the onion into small pieces. Peel sweet peppers from internal grains and membranes. After that, cut it and the olives into rings. Cut the ham into medium-sized slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 4

Remove the semi-finished pizza base from the oven. Spread tomato slices evenly on it, lightly salt, sprinkle this layer with a little grated cheese. Then add the onions, ham and olives. Spread out the bell pepper rings nicely and add spices. Sprinkle generously with cheese on top.

Step 5

Bake the pizza in the oven for another 15 minutes. Readiness is determined by melted and bubbling cheese.
