Homemade pizza is always a small celebration. And you can arrange it very simply and quickly. Making pizza with this simple recipe takes less than 30 minutes. After kneading the dough without yeast, you can almost immediately spread the filling and send it to the oven - and after 10 minutes you have a fragrant pizza on your table. Here we will use salami as a filling, but the dough is also suitable for any other fillings.

It is necessary

  • - flour - 160 g;
  • - water - 80 g
  • - soda - 1/3 teaspoon;
  • - vinegar - 1-2 drops;
  • - salt - 1 pinch;
  • - olive (or other vegetable) oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • - ketchup - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - salami - 100-150 g;
  • - cheese - 100 g;
  • - tomatoes, olives, bell peppers - to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the flour into a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix. We extinguish the soda with 1-2 drops of apple cider or ordinary table vinegar. Add to flour and mix again. Then we send 1 spoonful of vegetable oil there. We knead everything with our fingers so that there are no sticky lumps left.

Step 2

Pour water into the flour and start kneading the dough with your hands. Powder our hands with flour so that the dough does not stick. It is better not to add additional flour to the dough itself - it should remain elastic and soft. Put the finished dough in a bowl, cover with a damp napkin and let it "rest" a little.

Step 3

In the meantime, we are preparing the filling. Cut the salami, tomatoes and bell peppers into thin slices, cut the olives in half. Instead of these ingredients, you can use ham, sausage, pieces of boiled chicken breast. Vegetarian pizza can be made with mushrooms pre-fried in vegetable oil.

Step 4

We put the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Sprinkle flour on the table, put the dough on it and roll out the base shape. If rolled very thinly, the base will be crispy. You can tuck the edge a little so that the filling settles down neatly.

Step 5

Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil or line with baking paper. We spread the dough on it and grease with ketchup. We spread the slices of salami, between them we put slices of tomatoes and bell peppers, halves of olives - put all this, if possible, in 1 layer. If you have soft cheese, spread 7-8 spoons evenly on top. If hard, grate it on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the filling. Then we send the pizza to the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
