Speaking of lean dishes, many people imagine tasteless and monotonous products that can hardly be called satisfying food. But this is not the case. The absence of animal products and the replacement of yeast does not mean that the lunch becomes bland and low in calories. To be convinced of this, we suggest making a lean pizza that has an unrivaled taste.

Yeast replacement

Baking with yeast is not the most healthy for the figure, so the question of how you can replace yeast so that the finished product still remains fluffy and tasty remains relevant. When any yeast product is abused, the digestive tract is disrupted; in fact, this ingredient in the diet can be easily replaced with others. In our case, it is a baking powder. The dough prepared according to the recipe without yeast turns out to be thin and crunchy, another plus is that it is kneaded in a matter of minutes.

Products

Any pizza is good because you can put everything in the refrigerator in it. Most often, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell peppers are added to lean pizza. And spices can perfectly set off the taste.

  • wheat flour - 1, 5 cups (a glass with a volume of 200 ml);
  • water - 1 glass;
  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • tomato paste or ketchup - 1-2 tsp;
  • frozen mushrooms (champignons) - 200 g;
  • fresh tomato of medium size - 1 pc.;
  • seasonings (red and black pepper, oregano, etc.) - to taste.

If you wish, you can take more filling and add more red pepper.

Preparation

  1. Cut fresh mushrooms, and remove the frozen ones from the freezer and pour over warm water for a while, which will speed up the thawing process.
  2. Sift flour into a bowl and stir with baking powder.
  3. Add a little water to the flour and gently knead the dough. Not all water may be needed, therefore it is not recommended to pour out all at once. Ideally, the dough should be tight, but soft enough and easy to get out of hand. Pour flour on the table and roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round layer.
  4. Put the base on a greased baking sheet, bend its edges with "bumpers" and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 200 degrees.
  5. After preliminary short baking, coat the base with tomato paste or ketchup. Cut the tomatoes into rings and lay in the first layer.
  6. Drain the champignons, blot them with a towel and put them on the pizza.
  7. Sprinkle with spices and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Delicious lean pizza is ready - for sure it will not lie on your table and will be eaten in a matter of minutes.
