Traditional pizza can be made at home. For this you need an oven and batter. The filling can be changed to your liking. Simple, fast, delicious. What else is needed for a delicious snack - only pizza.
It is necessary
- -2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.
- For the test:
- -400 ml of kefir,
- -0.5 teaspoons of salt,
- -1 teaspoon of sugar
- -0.5 teaspoons of baking soda,
- -2 eggs,
- -2.5 cups flour.
- For filling:
- -200 grams of boiled sausage,
- -200 grams of champignons,
- -1 onion,
- -3 tomatoes,
- -100 grams of hard cheese,
- -salt to taste,
- - ground black pepper to taste,
- - dry spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Break two eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, beat. Pour kefir into the whipped mass, add soda and mix. Add flour in small portions, knead the dough. The consistency of the dough should be slightly thicker than for pancakes.
Step 2
Rinse the champignons well (you can take any other mushrooms to taste), peel and cut into slices. Salt and pepper a little. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil (about 5-7 minutes).
Step 3
Cut the sausage (you can take any ready-made meat) into strips. Cut the tomatoes and onion into slices. Grate the cheese (coarsely or finely to taste).
Step 4
Put a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, sprinkle with a little flour. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet, flatten with a spoon. If you wish, you can make the middle thinner, to do this, simply drive the dough with a spoon to the edges.
Step 5
Put fried mushrooms on the dough, sausage on top, then onion rings and tomatoes. Season the pizza with your favorite spices (you can add some fresh chopped herbs if desired). Sprinkle with cheese.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees in advance. Bake the pizza for half an hour.
