First of all, I must say that you should not drink freshly squeezed juices in liters - this is unhealthy, because many of them are sour, tart and generally difficult for digestion. To get the required amount of vitamins, 1-3 glasses a day are enough, depending on the type of juice.

Contraindications for juice therapy include diseases of the gastrointestinal tract: ulcers, gastritis, pancreatitis. In this case, you need to give up acidic juices: lemon, orange, apple, currant, cranberry - they increase acidity and can cause heartburn.

Many freshly squeezed juices have a laxative effect. Therefore, for those who have a predisposition to indigestion, it is better to dilute the juices with water and drink them little by little. There is too much glucose and calories in grape juice - it is not suitable for people with diabetes and irritable bowel syndrome.

Beetroot juice is contraindicated in people with kidney disease. In general, this is the most difficult juice to digest, it is "suitable" for very few, as it can cause dizziness, nausea, weakness, heart palpitations. True, you can train your body with beet juice gradually: starting with one tablespoon a day. Also, beetroot juice can be diluted with boiled water, rosehip decoction or mixed with other juices (carrot, cabbage, apple).

It is better not to drink juices after lunch: they can cause fermentation in the intestines and bloating. It is best to consume them half an hour before meals.

It should be remembered that each juice has its own characteristics of use. For example, beetroot can not be drunk immediately after spinning: it needs to stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator in an open container so that the compounds harmful to the body evaporate. All other juices are recommended to be consumed immediately, otherwise the beneficial properties will disappear, although the taste will remain the same.

Grape juice is also quite complicated - it should not be drunk by people with diabetes, obesity, chronic inflammatory processes in the lungs, and a tendency to flatulence. Tomato juice should not be drunk with cholecystitis.

You should also remember about individual intolerance to a particular product, that is, about a banal allergy. In any case, if you are going to experiment with traditional medicine, consult a doctor, go through an allergist. If you are not going to drink freshly squeezed juices often and turn them into healing therapy, try new ones a little at a time. If you liked the taste, and no negative consequences manifested itself, you can sometimes indulge yourself with fresh juices in reasonable quantities.

It is not recommended to make juices from purchased fruits and vegetables, whose benefits (and sometimes safety) you are not sure about. Most of the chemicals remain in the pulp, however, some of them can get into the juice - such drinks, of course, are contraindicated for everyone. Therefore, you should not choose huge and flawless apples for cooking - they are clearly "artificial". The most useful juice is from the harvest from your own garden.
