Pizza is one of the most popular dishes in the world. Since the 90s of the twentieth century, this national Italian dish has become widespread in Russia. By the way, unlike Americans and Europeans, who usually order pizza at home in fast food restaurants, most Russians prepare pizza on their own using home recipes. Traditional pizza dough contains yeast, but yeast-free pizza dough has become very popular among fans of healthy eating.
Instructions
Step 1
Sour cream pizza dough Whisk 2 chicken eggs with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar. In a separate bowl, stir 250 ml of sour cream with ¼ teaspoon of baking soda. Combine eggs and sour cream together, mix thoroughly. Add 500 grams of sifted wheat flour and 2 tablespoons to the egg and sour cream mixture. tablespoons of melted butter. Knead the dough and roll it into a ball. Let the dough sit for half an hour, then roll it into a flat cake.
Step 2
Pizza dough without butter and brandy Sift 500 grams of wheat flour in a heap and make a depression in it. Put a pack of softened butter in this depression, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, ½ teaspoon of salt and 2 tbsp. spoons of brandy. Knead the dough well and shape it into a ball. Before rolling, the dough should lie down for about half an hour. Butter in this recipe can be replaced with margarine, and cognac with vodka.
Step 3
Pizza dough with kefir Stir 150 ml of kefir, 10 grams of softened butter, 1 teaspoon of baking soda and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add 500 grams of sifted wheat flour to this mixture. Knead the dough well, shape into a ball and leave to lie down. After 15 minutes, roll out the dough into a cake. Kefir in this recipe can be replaced with unsweetened natural yogurt.
Step 4
Milk Pizza Dough Mix 500 grams of sifted wheat flour with 1 teaspoon of salt. In a separate bowl, stir 2 chicken eggs, half a glass of warm milk and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil (sunflower, olive or mustard). Pour the egg and milk mixture into the flour and knead it with your hands until smooth. Make a ball out of the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Then roll the dough into a flat cake.
