- - 2 teaspoons of dry yeast;
- - 300 g flour;

Step 1
First you need to dilute the yeast: mix it with sugar in warm water. Place the container with yeast in a warm place for fifteen minutes, until the "cap" rises above them.

After mixing the ingredients, knead a soft and elastic dough. It can be used immediately, but if you have an extra thirty minutes left, then it is better to put it in a warm place.

If the dough has been aged for half an hour in a warm place, it must be kneaded again several times. Now you need to roll it into a cake. Since the dough is on yeast, it is better to roll out the layer thinner, because it will rise in the oven. But this is at the discretion of the hostess.
