Flour - 0.5 kg, milk - 1 glass, yeast - 30 g, sugar - 1 teaspoon, egg - 1 - 2 pcs., vegetable oil - 2 - 3 tablespoons, a pinch of salt

Step 1
First, warm up the milk to keep it very warm. Dissolve yeast and sugar in milk. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Sift flour, this is necessary in order for the dough to turn out fluffy. Make a small depression in the flour and pour in the loose yeast, which we diluted in milk (they should have already slightly risen). Mix. Leave to ferment in a warm place, near the battery, until bubbles appear on top, for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add vegetable oil and eggs to the suitable dough, which can be previously beaten with salt.
Step 4
Knead a soft dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Knead well in a bowl. Be sure to beat our dough on the table - the dough becomes softer, because air comes out of it. The dough is good and does not stick to the hands and table at all. Here's the dough and you're done! As you can see, there is nothing complicated in making yeast dough. From such a dough you can make pies and whites, or anything, both large sweet pies and small burgers!
