Rolls with cheese and ham are quick and easy to prepare, they can be served for breakfast or dinner, prepared for a holiday or for unexpected guests. This dish has been known since Soviet times, the only thing that has changed is that now the rolls are cut into small slices and pierced with skewers.

- • 500 g of boiled ham and hard cheese;
- • 4 cloves of garlic;
- • 150 g of mayonnaise;
- • cranberries;
- • lettuce leaves;
- • 1 fresh cucumber.
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs hard-boiled, wait until they cool down, or put them in cold water, clean them, finely chop the whites, and three yolks on a fine grater. Cut the ham into thin slices, and pass the garlic through a press. Three cheese on a fine grater, put in a deep plate, add garlic, mayonnaise and chopped proteins to it.
Step 2
We lay the plates of ham on plates and grease each with a mixture of cheese and mayonnaise, gently fold, cut into small rolls and fasten with skewers so that they do not turn around. We decorate the edges of the rolls. Pour the mayonnaise into a small bowl, dip the stuffed ham into it, then roll in grated yolks. For the finished rolls, prepare a large dish, put lettuce leaves on it and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Step 3
To decorate the cheese rolls, peel and cut a fresh cucumber into long plates, fold them in half and place them on a platter. We put tartlets with cranberries or other berries next to it. To make the rolls tender, you can use cottage cheese instead of cheese, but before cooking, add chopped herbs and salt to it. Instead of ham, you can buy crab sticks, carefully unfold each one and add the filling; such a dish does not need to be cut into small pieces.
