Many have tasted the wonderful hibiscus drink, but few know that it can be used to make an excellent low-calorie dessert - jelly.
It is necessary
4 tablespoons of dry hibiscus, 2 glasses of water, 3 tablespoons of liquid honey, 15 grams of gelatin, 1 tangerine
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the hibiscus with 1 glass of boiling water, close the lid and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Stir gelatin with a glass of boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Leave to swell for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Strain the hibiscus and pour into any container. Add honey and diluted gelatin. Stir all ingredients.
Step 4
Take a mold (preferably a silicone or other jelly mold) and place the peeled tangerine wedges on the bottom.
Step 5
Pour the jelly into a mold and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
Step 6
Flip the jelly onto a flat plate before serving.
