  • - 1 orange or 1 tsp zest;
  • - 50 ml of low-fat cream;
  • - fruits and berries (to taste).

Instructions

Step 1

Mix low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt and semolina with a blender. If there is no blender, then you can use the mixer, turning it on at full power.

Step 2

Add eggs, granulated sugar, baking powder and low-fat cream to the mixture of cottage cheese, yogurt and semolina.

Step 3

Wash the orange and scrape off the zest with a fine grater. To make a casserole, you only need one teaspoon of zest. Mix the zest with the bulk.

Wash and cut fruits and berries. Strawberries and other juicy berries should not be cut too small - the berries will give juice and the pie dough may be too wet.
