- - 3 yolks
- - 1 tbsp. heavy cream
- - 150 g milk
- - 50 g sugar
- - 2 tbsp. l. honey

Step 1
Let's get down to making a lovely banana nut ice cream. First, pour the milk into a saucepan, heat it up. Now add sugar to the milk, dissolve and bring the solution to a boil. Cool the milk a little, add the yolks, and now beat the milk solution a little with the yolks.
Step 2
Place the saucepan with the milk-egg mixture in a water bath. With constant stirring, bring the mixture to a thick consistency. And then let it cool down to a warm state.
Step 3
Whisk the cream until stiff.
Step 4
Peel the bananas, slice 2 bananas and whisk. Combine the milk, butter and banana mixture, stir well and place in the freezer.
Step 5
Cut the remaining banana into thin slices. Melt honey in a frying pan, put banana slices on it, add a little milk, simmer bananas for 5-7 minutes. You have a honey-banana ice cream sauce.
Step 6
Peel and chop the nuts.

Put the finished chilled ice cream in portioned bowls, pour with banana sauce, sprinkle with nuts and serve.
