Homemade banana nut ice cream is a great dessert on a hot day!
It is necessary
- - 600 ml cream 33%;
- - 120 g granulated sugar;
- - 6 yolks;
- - 3 large bananas;
- - 180 g of walnuts;
- - 120 g of chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
With a mixer in a saucepan, mix the yolks with sugar until smooth. Then pour in the cream and mix again until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 2
Place the container in a water bath over medium heat. Stirring all the time with a spatula, brew the egg mixture. In no case let the mass boil! If you see that the mass is very hot and is about to boil, then you should remove it from the fire for about half a minute, and then return it back, reducing the power of the burner. As soon as the mass thickens, move the saucepan to a container of cold water and stir for a couple of minutes.
Step 3
Chop the nuts, finely chop the bananas (some, if desired, can be mashed), grate the chocolate on a fine grater. Pour all the ingredients into the creamy base and mix thoroughly, using a mixer. Cool the mixture and pour into an ice cream container. Put in the freezer until it solidifies. Stir for the first 2 hours at intervals of about 30 minutes.
