- Cream - 0.35 liters;
- chicken egg - 3 pieces;
- granulated sugar - 100 grams;
- walnuts - 100 grams;
- vanilla sugar - ½ tsp
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks after separating them from the whites. Add 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar and heat in a water bath until the sugar is completely dissolved. Refrigerate.
Step 2
Whisk the cream until thick and add the vanilla sugar.
Step 3
Add the cooled yolks to the cream and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pour the resulting mass into molds and place in the freezer for 3 hours. Then take it out and stir again and put it back in the freezer for 3 hours (repeat this procedure 3-4 times).
Step 5
Sprinkle frozen ice cream with chopped nuts. Bon Appetit.
