  • - 1 glass of milk
  • - 1 glass of Greek yogurt
  • - 1 banana

Step 1

Raspberries must be sorted out from debris (twigs, leaves) and gently rinsed under running water. Dry lightly and place in a blender. Peel the banana and cut into large cubes, also put in a blender.

Step 2

Add milk, Greek yogurt, sugar, and ice to the raspberries and banana. Whisk thoroughly in a blender until smooth (about 2-3 minutes). Wipe the mass through a sieve to make it even more silky.

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into glasses. It looks especially impressive in transparent glasses. And, garnish with raspberries on top. Optionally, garnish with mint leaves. They will look great on a crimson background. Smoothies are great for breakfast and as a dessert.
