It is necessary

  • - apples;
  • - sugar;
  • - juicer;
  • - glass jars.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare apple juice, take fruit without damage, rot, stains and with a uniform skin. You can use one variety of fruits or mix different types of apples. Prepare your electric juicer. Rinse the apples well under cold running water and dry. Then cut into quarters, remove seeds and stem.

Step 2

Prepare a large pot in advance, you will need it for juicing. Pass the fruits through a juicer and carefully pour the resulting drink into an enamel container. When pouring, use a fine sieve to prevent small apple pieces from entering the juice pan. Put the remaining pulp in a separate container, fill it with water and let it brew. Then pass through the juicer again. You will get a less saturated drink that can be consumed immediately or canned in a separate can.

Step 3

Add sugar to the initially squeezed juice (about 1 tablespoon per 0.5 liters of juice) and mix well until smooth. If the apples are sweet, then the sugar may not be used at all. Put the container with juice on the stove and bring to a boil, just do not boil. Stir the drink continuously. As soon as it begins to boil and foam forms on the surface, remove the pan from the heat.

Step 4

Prepare and sterilize glass jars in advance, dry them well. Gently pour the juice into them using a special funnel, cover with boiled lids. Roll up the cans and carefully turn them upside down. Then cover tightly with a blanket and leave in this state for one day. Next, place the jars in their normal position in a cool, dark place. Store this drink for no more than two years.
