Add 50 g of butter to a preheated frying pan. Once it has melted, add half a glass of sugar. Add half a glass of apple juice. Keep on fire, stirring occasionally. Put apple slices in caramel and leave to simmer for fifteen minutes over low heat.

Add 400 grams of sifted flour, one egg, 100 grams of sugar, 100 grams of cottage cheese, apple juice to a separate bowl. Mix everything well to get a homogeneous mixture.

Roll half of the dough on a board into a layer 1 cm thick. Add oil to the baking dish, sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs. Put the rolled out layer of dough into a mold, slightly lifting the sides. Place caramelized apples on top, sprinkle with almond petals. Decorate the top of the pie with a net made from the remaining dough. Grease the pie with egg yolk on top.
