Hot chocolate is a wonderful drink that will lift your spirits and increase your performance. The taste of a traditional chocolate drink can be varied by adding a little cinnamon and cayenne pepper to add a more sophisticated taste to the hot chocolate.

- - 50 g of dark chocolate;

Instructions
Step 1
Break a bar of dark chocolate into pieces. Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on low heat.

Add spices and pieces of dark chocolate to the warmed milk. The drink must be constantly stirred with a cinnamon stick until the chocolate dissolves in the milk.
Step 3
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the drink brew for a little (5-10 minutes) for a more intense aroma.
Step 4
Put the saucepan with the chocolate drink on the fire and bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 5
Remove the saucepan from the heat, remove undissolved spices and beat the drink until a gentle airy foam forms.
Step 6
Pour hot chocolate into cups and put cinnamon sticks in them. Decorate the drink with whipped cream, sprinkle with ground cinnamon, almond or coconut.
