In order to make Mexican chocolate chip cookies, you will need: 120 g flour, 80 g sugar, 80 g cane sugar, 1/3 cup cocoa powder, 2 tbsp. l. chocolate paste, 150 g butter, 2 eggs, 80 g dark chocolate, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. hot pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanillin.
Cooking Mexican Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with baking paper. Next, you can start making the Mexican cookie dough.
Using a hand mixer, beat the butter with granulated sugar, add cane sugar. Add chicken eggs and vanillin, chocolate paste to the fluffy mass, beat the ingredients until smooth. Put in cocoa powder, add flour and baking powder, do not forget salt, cinnamon and, of course, the main ingredient is hot pepper.
Stir the dough well, then add small pieces of dark chocolate to it. Use a tablespoon to shape future cookies on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for fifteen minutes. Serve baked goods with hot drinks.
