A drink for lovers - hot chocolate.
If you are tired of slab chocolate, which is full of all sorts of … gourmets, make a holiday for yourself and your loved one, prepare this wonderful and aromatic drink yourself!
For 2 servings you will need:
200 ml milk or cream
2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of aged cognac
Citric acid on the tip of a knife
Vanilla, cinnamon according to your taste
Instructions
1. Mix cocoa with sugar, citric acid in an enamel saucepan.
2. Heat over low heat, stirring with a wooden spoon, milk or cream to 60 degrees.
3. Slowly, in a thin stream, to avoid lumps, pour hot milk or cream into a saucepan with the resulting cocoa mass.
4. Stir well until smooth, add cinnamon and vanilla to your liking.
5. Place the saucepan on a thick circle or tray. Turn on a small heat, and while stirring with a wooden spoon, observe the process. When bubbles appear, and it will soon boil, immediately remove from heat, without bringing it to a boil.
Add cognac.
6. Prepare cups before serving. Pour boiling water over and dry the small porcelain cups. Pour in the drink and let sit for a few minutes.
