  • 3 tbsp wheat flour;

  • 800 ml sour cream;
  • condiments (lemon juice, black pepper, bay leaf, and salt);
  • 4 tsp table vinegar.

Peel the meat from the films and cut into medium-sized pieces, stuff with chopped bacon. Cut the onion into half rings, fry until golden brown, transfer to a saucepan with the meat. Add spices to them. Dilute vinegar with 12 tablespoons. hot water and pour over the above ingredients. Boar meat should be stewed over low heat or on gas, or in the oven. At the end of cooking, pour over it with lemon juice or a warm sauce made from a mixture of sour cream, flour and a small amount of mustard.
