    • bay leaf - 4 pcs.;
    • olive oil - 200 ml;
    • black pepper and salt to taste.
    • To cook baked wild boar meat:
    • boar leg - 1, 5 - 2 kg;
    • onions - 2 heads;
    • carrots - 3 pcs.;
    • celery root - 2 pcs.;
    • vinegar - 0.5 cups;
    • bay leaf - 3 pcs.;
    • flour - 0.5 cups.

Then transfer the meat to a preheated baking sheet and fill with the remaining marinade. Roast in the oven for half an hour. Then turn the meat over and fry until cooked through. After cooking, cut the meat into slices and divide into the required number of servings. Pour the meat juice on the baking sheet over the vegetables from the marinade, sprinkle with flour and boil. Season with salt and sugar to taste. Add lemon juice and mustard if desired. You will have a sauce.
