Jerusalem artichoke recipe baked with an egg in the oven

  1. - fresh Jerusalem artichoke tubers - 350 grams;

  3. - 150 grams of sour cream 15%;

  5. - 80 grams of any hard cheese;

Wash and peel the Jerusalem artichoke tubers, cut them into slices and fry in butter for a few minutes.

Drive eggs into a container, add sour cream, salt to taste and beat the mixture with a mixer into a homogeneous mass;

Grate hard cheese.

Put the Jerusalem artichoke slices on a greased baking sheet, pour the mixture of sour cream and eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 200-210 ° C and bake the Jerusalem artichoke for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Pour flour into the hot mass, stirring constantly so that no lumps form, beat in an egg, add salt and spices, mix until smooth.

Roll the formed cutlets in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
